It's that time of the year again - a gathering of fine food purveyors from all over the world descending on the Jacob Javits Center in Manhattan for the
2019 Specialty Food Association's Summer Fancy Food Show!

During this three day event, we saw (and obviously tasted) thousands of food items - here are some of the highlights - from sweet to savory!

In the mood for whiskey and coffee? Luckily Jack Daniel's can come to the rescue with their
Tennessee Whiskey infused coffee beans. Sounds like a dangerous combo, but it somehow works.

I'm from Texas and tamales are a staple down there. The
Texas Tamale Company's line of frozen gourmet tamales are perfect for whenever that craving hits. Just steam and eat!

The Keto diet is all the rage these days, but you don't have to give up "forbidden" favorites like ice cream because the
Keto Pint's low carb ice cream has got you covered!

Want to make a PB&J (or AB&J) sandwich on the run? Just use
Split's portable nut butter and jam pack for a quick meal or snack on the run.

Cauliflower as a replacement for flour was the trend last year (and still ever so popular), but I would say this is the year of the chickpea.
Biena's plant based puff snack has all the crunch and flavor of chips, but less calories and a 7 grams of plant protein per serving!

Salty Snacks |
And of course, no fancy food event is complete without some high quality jamón (served at several stations around the show) - yum yum and oink oink, get in my belly!
