Not too long ago, I was contacted by Xperience Days, the country's leading unique and adventure gifts company, offering thousands of one of a kind gift experiences nationwide for everyone - man, woman or (wo)manchild, to try out one of their many "experiences". I looked through the list of fun activities in NYC and decided on a Sunday sail aboard the Schooner Adirondack. I mean, what else is there to do on a nice, sunny but not too hot, 80 degree weather Sunday in New York City? Answer: A scenic two hour sail on the Hudson River in the New York Harbor (assuming you aren't too hungover from the night before)!
My friend and I boarded the ship at 1pm and after a friendly greeting by the energetic crew and a round of drinks (beer, soda and water are complementary) - we set out into the deep blue yonder. Here are some photos of our trip!

All and all, a beautiful relaxing day coupled with fantastic weather and a nice balmy breeze. A great way to end a weekend and rev up for another week of work!
